Return Policy 

We give top priority to customer satisfaction. You can still return your product if an unexpected mistake occurs. A customer may return any product during the time of delivery, or within 7 days. But the return conditions are: 

• Product does not meet the user’s expectations. 
• Found damaged during delivery.
• Have doubt about the product quality and quantity.
• Received in an unhealthy/ unexpected condition.
• Finds product unusable.
• A customer may return any unopened or defective up to 10% and less, product within 7 days of receiving the product. 

In which case your purchased product will be considered as non-returnable: 

• Damages due to misuse of the product.
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning product. 
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed. 
• Any damage or defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging. 

প্রত্যাবর্তন নীতিমালা

আমরা গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্টির জন্য সর্বোচ্চ প্রাধান্য দিয়ে থাকি।  তারপরও কোন অপ্রত্যাশিত ভুল সংঘটিত হলে আপনি আপনার পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে পারবেন। একজন গ্রাহক ডেলিভারির সময় বা 7 দিনের মধ্যে যে কোনও পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারেন। তবে প্রত্যাবর্তনের শর্তগুলি হলঃ

• পণ্যটি ব্যবহারকারীর প্রত্যাশা পূরণ করে না। 
• প্রসবের সময় ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ পাওয়া গেছে।
• পণ্যের মান এবং পরিমাণ সম্পর্কে সন্দেহ আছে।
• একটি অস্বাস্থ্যকর / অপ্রত্যাশিত অবস্থায় প্রাপ্ত।
• পণ্য অব্যবহারযোগ্য বলে মনে হয়।
• একজন গ্রাহক পণ্য গ্রহণের 7 দিনের মধ্যে 10% বা তার কম পর্যন্ত যে কোনো না-খোলা বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারেন।

যে সকল ক্ষেত্রে আপনার ক্রয়কৃত পণ্য অফেরতযোগ্য বলে গন্য হবেঃ

• পণ্যের অপব্যবহারের কারণে ক্ষতি।
• অকার্যকর পণ্যের কারণে আকস্মিক ক্ষতি।
• ব্যবহার করা বা ইনস্টল করা হয়েছে যে কোনো ভোগ্য পণ্য।
• কোনো ক্ষতি বা ত্রুটি যা প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় নেই।
• বাক্স, প্রস্তুতকারকের প্যাকেজিং সহ সমস্ত আসল প্যাকেজিং এবং আনুষাঙ্গিক ছাড়াই যে কোনও পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া হয়।
